Hello, I received my shipment yesterday, but the order is incomplete. I am missing one item (a raincoat) and all the pants were not the size I ordered.
What are the next steps to resolve these issues?
I have tried calling but it goes directly to an automated message that states this mailbox is not accepting messages.
