Our return policy is that items are only able to be returned within 30 days after you receive your order with their original tags/boxes, and if items are only worn very lightly. You can simply bring the items into our store where our receptionist can guide you into returning your items! If it has been over 30 days, your items have the tags/boxes and are in good condition, we are only allowed to do exchanges from then on. I hope this answers your questions!
